Jim Graff
Jim Graff is a gifted pastor and a dynamic leader who helps others uncover their full potential and discover God’s best for their lives. He was recently voted by his community as the second most influential person in their thirteen-county area.
For over 20 years, Jim has pastored Faith Family Church, a vibrant church in Victoria, Texas. Under his leadership, it has grown from 300 to 4,000 people in a city of 60,000. This congregation was recently named one of America’s 300 Outstanding Protestant Churches in a study conducted by the University of North Carolina.
In addition to pastoring, Jim serves as founder and president of the Significant Church Network—a growing organization dedicated to developing thriving, significant churches in America’s smaller cities and towns and throughout historically overlooked places around the world.
Jim is also author of the bestselling book—A Significant Life. His lovely wife Tamara serves by his side in ministry, and together they have four wonderful children—Michael, Andrea, Emily and Geoffrey.

Tamara Graff is a woman passionate about loving God, loving people and loving life. For over 25 years she has pastored alongside her husband helping others embrace the life of freedom and fulfillment that can only be found in God.
Tamara’s compassion for people and her rich heritage of faith enables her to be a solid Bible teacher and a dynamic women’s speaker.
Tamara is the proud mother of four amazing children-- Michael, Andrea, Emily and Geoffrey. She is also the daughter of the late Pastor John and Dodie Osteen, beloved mentors and founders of Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas.
