Jim Graff
Jim Graff is a gifted communicator and dynamic leader whose passion is to help others uncover their potential and discover God’s best for their life.
For over twenty years Jim has pastored Faith Family Church, a thriving church which has grown under his leadership from 300 to 3,500 active members in a city of 60,000.
Jim was recently voted the 2nd most influential person in his thirteen county area. Faith Family Church was also named one of America’s outstanding churches in a study done by University of North Carolina, which identified 300 protestant churches.
Jim’s desire to see churches impact communities has led him to launch the Significant Church Network. This growing network is designed to help establish significant and flourishing church communities throughout America’s smaller cities and towns.
Jim has been married to his lovely wife, Tamara for almost 25 years. Together they have four wonderful children, Michael, Andrea, Emily and Geoffrey.

Tamara Graff is a lady who is passionate about loving God, loving people and loving life. For over 25 years she has pastored alongside her husband helping others embrace the life of freedom and fulfillment that can be found in God.
Tamara’s compassion for people and rich heritage of faith enables her to be solid Bible teacher as well as dynamic women’s speaker.
Tamara is the proud mother of four amazing children, Michael, Andrea, Emily and Geoffrey. She is also the daughter of the late Pastor John and Dodie Osteen, beloved mentors and founders of Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas.
