At Faith, we consider it a privilege to bless our children by dedicating them to the Lord. That’s why we set aside the time to pray for them as a church family. If you’d like your child to be dedicated, please fill out the form below. Once you’re finished, click the “Submit” button, and your information will be sent to an administrator who will contact you with further details.
NOTE: Below are the 2013 dedication dates (subject to change). Please submit the below form by the Wednesday before the Sunday dedication to be included in this wonderful event!
